• Issues caused by third-party contractors, as QMCreate is not responsible for their work.

3. Return Policy Since our services involve digital products, intellectual property, and business consulting, returns are generally not applicable. If a deliverable does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to make reasonable corrections before considering a refund or service credit.

4. Refund Process If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request in writing to our support team, including:
